Gaylene is a Chartered Accountant and owns JDI Business coaching Ltd along with Terry Hughes. She has represented the global ActionCOACH team in Wellington since 2002, providing practical, hands on business education and coaching support that’s tailored to the core needs and vision of each business and individual. Gaylene and the team at JDI Business Coaching Ltd having helped 100’s of business owners, individuals and management teams over the last few years.
This workshop will cover the following:
The impact of pricing and discounting
Practical ways to influence cashflow, turnover and profitability
Loyalty schemes, referrals, alliances and the impact of simple marketing
The session will be interative, ensuring any questions attendees have are addressed. No accounting jargon - promise!
