A44 is an independent game development company based in Lower Hutt, New Zealand. After the successful release of Ashen as a first title on Xbox and Epic Games Store, the developers are excited to share their journey on how the game was brought to life. At its core, Ashen is about relationships. You will meet people out in the world, perhaps as a tinker or huntress, a fortune-hunter or weaver of shadows. Each character has unique knowledge and crafting abilities that will bolster your chances of survival in game. Ashen will also be available on PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, Steam and GOG.
