Tony McKone – from Silver Partner, McKone Consultancy, is running a workshop on Employment Agreements

Tony McKone is Director and Principal Consultant for McKone Consultancy. 

Tony has been supporting employers to improve their people management skills and processes to achieve success and get their best people for the last 20 years.

In this session, Tony will cover the basics of Employment Agreements:

• An overview of employer’s obligations
• Different categories of employee
• What to include in an agreement
• How to present an offer of employment

Before moving into Human resources Tony spent time as a line Manager and has a personal understanding of the challenges that employers are faced with.

Tony is a Chartered Fellow of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand (HRINZ), a Certificate Holder of the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI) and hold a Graduate Diploma of Business Studies from Massey University (1999) and holds a Private Investigators Certificate of Approval from the Ministry of Justice to undertake independent employment investigations.
