Managers of Not-for-Profits and owners of small to medium businesses will be able to book a 15 minute one-on-one session at these clinics to discuss any issues they have with their employees and/or the processes for dealing with difficult staff issues and get free advice on how they might be able to deal with those issues before they escalate into a bigger problem.
These HR Clinics have been running throughout the year and deal with any aspect of the employment relationship between the business and their staff and help you find practical and pragmatic solutions to prevent problems arising, in the workplace or, where you have a problem, on how to resolve the problem before it gets out of hand. Not-for-Profits and business owners can access the HR Clinic each month.
If, due to the issue you bring, you require more time to resolves your query than is available in the Clinic, you will be able to negotiate additional support directly with McKone Consultancy. All conversations during the HR Clinic will be treated as confidential between the parties.
There is no charge to attend the HR Clinic, however spaces may be limited depending on the demand. Fees will apply to any additional support that you require beyond your allocated time slot. These will be negotiated with at the time should that situation arise. Not-for-Profits and businesses outside of the Wellington area can also register for a free clinic session. This will be organised separate to the HR Clinic as a Skype one-on-one session with McKone Consultancy.
Each HR Clinic will operate between 9am-10am, with attendees booked into a 15-minute one-on-one slot on a first come first served basis.
