Conor has been practicing for the last three years specialising in Commercial Law including Employment Law

Conor joined Gibson Sheat in February 2022 as a graduate. He grew up in Lower Hutt, attending Hutt Valley High before going on to study law at Victoria University. Prior to joining Gibson Sheat, Conor worked as a law clerk at Greg Kelly Law Limited for 18 months. This gave him an excellent grounding in how a law office works, as well as learning a lot about trusts and estates, and experiencing what being a lawyer actually looks like.

With over 40 years of experience, Tony is passionate about helping business owners and managers enhance their people management skills, leading to success by unlocking the full potential of their teams. Throughout his career, he has worked with geographically dispersed sales teams, contact centres, and organisational HR teams, his approach combines HR expertise with practical experience, honed through years of practical experience.

Tony holds a Graduate Diploma of Business Studies from Massey University (1999) and is a Certificate Holder with the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI).
