From this session, leaders will know how they can initiate and build a culture of continuous improvement in their teams which includes providing better visibility of performance. This workshop will cover:

• Defining Lean and continuous improvement and the essential principles to start improving performance.
• The leader’s role in continuous improvement, and the crucial behaviours and team culture that support the adoption of continuous improvement by the team.
• A comprehensive overview of the four essential steps, including their sequence, required to drive improvements in operations and processes.
• Building better measures of performance that drive the right behaviours in our teams and how targets can destroy improvement.
• Properly capturing and articulating all the benefits of improvements for better benefit realisation.
