Many people live with some sort of physical discomfort caused by a sporting injury, training, sitting at a desk, stress, giving birth or aging - the list goes on. Often these aches and pains become the “norm” and begin impacting on sleep quality, energy and ability to cope with everyday life.
Therapeutic massage is also ideal for people who suffer from stress, anxiety and ongoing tiredness. Massage facilitates resilience and balance, and revives body and mind.
Our studio offers a quiet oasis to get your body moving towards optimal health. We do this using a variety of skills and techniques, tailored to the needs of the individual. We are fully trained in treatment based massage therapy and combine this with an empathetic and initiative approach.
We offer a service dedicated to supporting mothers at all stages. Whether they are expecting, newly postnatal or gave birth years ago. We understand the ongoing physical impact from carrying a baby and birth; and we help mothers to connect, recover and be more in tune with what their body needs.
We also provide a service to help office workers relieve tension in their back and shoulders from sitting at a desk all day. EMR Wellbeing comes to your place of work and provides 15 minutes massages to a minimum of three people. Please call us to discuss further.
