Scale Studios was formed in February 2018 by a like minded group of individuals who shared a passion for bringing ideas to life.
As a collective of award winning designers, effects artists, film industry stalwarts, and creative problem solvers from all backgrounds, we will collaborate with you and your team directly to develop, design and produce bespoke items and practical effects for whatever the need.
With years of experience designing and producing props for film and television in Wellington, New Zealand, and abroad, our team of industry professionals can see your vision brought to life. We can be with you every step of the way, from early concept designs right through to delivery of your final product.
We combine 3D design and digital fabrication technology with traditional hands on skills to produce your design and offer a range of machining services including 3d printing, laser cutting, CNC routing and more.
