Spring Coaching

Spring Coaching is a holistic wellness coaching practice that helps successful busy people to have more energy, joy and kindness through small sustainable steps. Balance is achieved by taking a holistic approach to wellness including movement, nutrition and mindset – you are how you move, eat and think.

Services include individual wellness coaching, workplace wellness workshops and leadership coaching, and pilates.

What is wellness coaching?

We all know the fundamentals of good health but knowing and doing are two different things. A wellness coach bridges this gap by working alongside you to support, motivate and empower you to reach your goals through different coaching tools and techniques.

About Josie Askin, Director of Spring Coaching

Josie has qualifications and experience in psychology, professional coaching, nutrition, sports training and pilates enabling her to take a holistic view of wellness. She specialises in supporting those who find it hard to prioritise time for self-care, and has a particular interest in supporting female athletes, women with endometriosis, and those entering menopause. Josie has over 15 years’ experience working in corporate environments in a range of advisory and strategy roles, including most recently at WorkSafe New Zealand. This gives her a deep understanding of the impact the workplace has on health and wellbeing and vice versa, as well as the challenges of a busy schedule. Josie is an experienced long-distance runner, pilates teacher and yogi.
