Te Omanga Hospice is a Charitable Trust which provides palliative care and support to people, and their families and whānau, living with a terminal or life limiting illness in the Hutt Valley.
We provide holistic care through an interdisciplinary team of specialist doctors, nurses, therapists and specially trained volunteers. We also support the delivery of palliative care in Aged Residential Care Facilities, the Hutt Hospital and in conjunction with General Practitioners.
Our service is provided free of charge to those who need it. The Government provides part of our funding with the balance of nearly $3 million funded by our generous community.
