Brad’s slides talked about the Hutt Valley’s performance compared to other areas of New Zealand and shared many of the challenges different parts of our economy are facing.

The Wellington region is leading the growth in jobs for the country. Overall spending is softening, though spending in the Hutt Valley is still performing well compared to Wellington region and New Zealand as a whole.
