There are big changes coming to Lower Hutt and RiverLink is just one part of this. The Council’s long term plan includes proposed changes to:
- Transport routes
- Commercial property rates
- Property development costs.
These proposals are likely to impact all local businesses as well as providing many new opportunities. At the Mayoral Breakfast, Mayor Campbell Barry walked us through the plan and what the changes mean to people living in and/or doing business in Lower Hutt.
