Bringing with you some or all of the following:

• Practical Aptitude and good dexterity – hand tools and power tools are used
• Evidence of Team Work – Working together is key to success ,
• Attention To Detail & Precision – Just like 1 person is part of a team, each step of production
is as critical as the next for success,
• Reliability, Positive Attitude and Willingness to Learn – Some fun and exciting technical
opportunities!
• Experience Soldering, Precision Gluing & Riveting, Preparing Cables and Assembly
Experience – Skills that can be taught, but advantageous to a quick start.

Key Skillset and Attributes:

Hard-working and can-do attitude
Physically fit – you may need to complete heavy lifting and will be undertaking labouring tasks
Tidy appearance, respectful manner with customers and colleagues, punctual
Interest in timber and timber products
Communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and customers
