Wellbeing for People in Business
According to a recent survey of small business owners, the majority are stressed and anxious, with half feeling burnt out and a quarter feeling depressed. While no-one can provide an end date for things to return to a new normal, Josie Askin from Spring Coaching joined us to help with some practical assistance.
