Rosa is a degree qualified, Non-Diet Nutritionist. In the past six years she has grown her roots in Psychology, and scattered this with knowledge in Physiology. 

Along with creating workshops like these, here and there, she is in the Healthy Lifestyles Team at  Sport Wellington and is certified in Group Fitness at Les Mills [catch her at Hutt City].

Rosa is a connecter; and a trusted networker on behalf of Les Mills Hutt City. She reaches out to people to enable the sharing of knowledge, resources and opportunities to empower those around her.
