Membership Terms and Conditions

Membership Subscriptions

Subscription Term: Subscriptions for Standard Memberships are for a minimum of a full year from the join/sign up date.

Fees: It is preferred that subscriptions are paid on a monthly basis. Alternatively, an annual payment can be agreed by contacting accounts@hvchamber.org.nz.

Payments: Can be made through Stripe via credit or debit card or by automatic payment.

Debtors: All unpaid costs can be referred to Debt Collectors and all debt collection costs will be recovered directly from the debtor.

Membership Cancellation

A month’s notice is required for cancellation of membership. Please submit your cancellation in writing to accounts@hvchamber.org.nz. Any arrears with your account will need to be paid prior to any confirmation of a cancelled subscription or membership.
