Presenter | Chris Whelan

I am an experienced business executive, with strong skills in Business Leadership, Strategy, and Change. I work at the intersection of people, processes, and technology to enable transformation. 

I have held two Chief Executive positions and bring that together with 20+ years' of experience managing and leading delivery and operations to build winning teams, systems and processes. I thrive on variety and accountability, am highly motivated and self-directed and have gleaned valued lessons in diverse environments over my career. 

My work in change and transformation - from facilitating strategy development, through planning and executing and building leadership capability - sees me designing and implementing solutions across industry sectors. Delivery lasting impacts and creating great futures for people and organisations has been an incredibly rewarding part of my career.
