Kristen wanted to challenge the status quo for as long as she can remember, leading her to circles of like-minded entrepreneurs. Her superpowers lean toward starting something from nothing and growing movements in Aotearoa, New Zealand and further afield. 

Starting out at Wipster, she scaled the business to the US market. This prepared her to co-found the investment platform, Hatch. In 2023, she started a new venture called Powrsuit, a women's leadership platform with a mission to amplify the impact on women in the workplace. When she does have spare time, it's spent with her teens or on a surfboard in freezing cold Lyall Bay.
